奥运会门票销售第一阶段付款须知
欢迎您申请预订北京奥运会门票。在门票销售第一阶段,无论您通过何种方式提交门票预订单,均无需预付票款,但必须选择付款方式并正确填写相应的付款信息,否则您的订单将被视为无效。您可以选择使用Visa卡或中国银行活期储蓄账户支付门票票款,如果您希望用现金支付,请您先到中国银行开立活期储蓄账户。
Visa卡支付
1、北京奥组委接受的Visa卡包括:中华人民共和国境外及港澳台地区机构发行的全球通用的Visa和Visa Electron卡、中华人民共和国境内机构发行的全球通用的Visa及Visa Electron双币卡、中华人民共和国境内机构发行的全球通用的Visa及Visa Electron单币外币卡。

2、北京奥组委将在第一阶段门票分配结束以后公布分配和抽签结果,并开始根据购票人提交的Visa卡信息,为成功预订奥运会门票的购票人划扣相应门票票款。
3、请在门票预订单相应位置正确填写您的以4起始的16位卡号。
4、请确保您的Visa卡至少在2007年10月之前是有效的。在北京奥组委规定的付款周期内(即2007年8月1日至9月30日),请您确保有足够的余额或信用额度用以支付票款,在此期间,北京奥组委将从您的Visa卡内划扣票款。如果在北京奥组委规定的付款周期内,您的Visa卡无效,或卡中的余额、信用额度不足以支付您的票款,或您的发卡机构因其他原因不同意核准您的支付请求,您的订单将被取消。
5、在任何情况下,如果您的Visa卡不能成功划扣票款,北京奥组委将不会为此承担责任。
6、您必须使用您本人的Visa卡支付门票票款。如订票人与付款人不一致,由此而产生的任何问题北京奥组委将不承担责任。
7、每一张Visa卡只能为一张订单支付票款。
中国银行活期储蓄账户支付
1、如果您选择使用中国银行活期储蓄账户支付票款,您必须拥有或新开立中国银行活期储蓄账户,并在门票预订单相应位置正确填写您的存折账号。
2、北京奥组委将在第一阶段门票分配结束以后公布分配和抽签结果,并开始根据购票人提交的中国银行活期储蓄账户信息,为成功预订奥运会门票的购票人划扣相应门票票款。
3、为帮助您顺利完成支付,请确保您开立用于支付票款的中国银行活期储蓄账户的银行网点,与您计划取票的北京奥组委指定中国银行网点在同一个省、自治区或直辖市区域内。
4、请确保在北京奥组委规定的付款周期内(即2007年8月1日至9月30日),您的中国银行活期储蓄账户中有足够的存款余额用以支付票款,在此期间,北京奥组委将从您的帐户内划扣票款。如果在北京奥组委规定的付款周期内,您的中国银行活期储蓄账户中的存款余额不足以支付您的票款,您的订单将被取消。
5、在任何情况下,如果您的中国银行活期储蓄账户不能成功划扣票款,北京奥组委将不会为此承担责任。
6、您必须使用您本人的中国银行活期储蓄账户支付门票票款。如订票人与付款人不一致,由此而产生的任何问题北京奥组委将不承担责任。
7、每一个中国银行活期储蓄账户只能为一张订单支付票款。
现金支付
如果您决定使用现金作为支付方式,请您先开立中国银行活期储蓄账户,并按照“中国银行活期储蓄账户支付”的有关规定办理。
为保证您顺利预订门票,请您务必亲自在门票预订单上签名。您的签名将被视为对北京奥组委及其指定的机构在您的门票预订申请获得确认后,按照您在门票预订单上选择的唯一付款方式,从您的Visa卡或中国银行活期储蓄账户中划扣票款的正式授权。
北京奥组委在任何情况下均不会接受您以直接汇款和邮寄现金的方式申请购票和支付票款,并且不会为由此而产生的任何问题承担责任。
Payment Instructions for Phase 1
Thank you for your participation in Phase 1 of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Ticket application! This phase does not require that you make an immediate payment when submitting your Olympic ticket application. Instead, please follow the application form instructions, and provide the required details of your payment method in order to secure and pay for your tickets if your application should become successful. Accepted payment methods are Visa cards and Bank of China savings accounts. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cash as a form of payment. We suggest you open a savings account with Bank of China for your Olympic ticket application and purchases in later ticketing phases.
Pay with Visa
1. Accepted Visa card types: A. International Visa card and Visa Electron card issued by financial institutions that are registered in Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, or financial institutions outside China; B. International Visa card duo-currency card and Visa Electron duo-currency card issued within the People's Republic of China; and International Visa card single-foreign-currency card and Visa Electron single-foreign-currency card issued within the People's Republic of China.
2. Following Phase 1 lottery of Olympic ticket applications, applicants will be informed of their secured tickets immediately after this process. BOCOG will then collect appropriate payments based on the Visa information provided on the application form submitted by each successful applicant.
3. When filling out an application form, please provide your correct Visa card number, starting with the digit "4" in the specified section.
4. Please verify that your Visa card is valid from September 2007 or beyond. Payments will be processed between 2007-08-01 and 2007-09-30. During this period, please verify that adequate funds exist in your Visa card account, or that all related purchases will not exceed your credit limit. In the case that such a transaction is rejected by your Visa card issuer, your tickets will be cancelled by BOCOG.
5. BOCOG is not responsible for any payment failure caused by any reason.
6. Only a Visa card holder can use his/her Visa card to submit an application. Any problems caused by an inconsistency between the identity of a Visa card holder and the identity of an applicant who uses the Visa card will not be BOCOG's liability.
7. Each Visa card can only be used for one application.
Pay with Bank of China Savings Account
1. If paying with a Bank of China savings account, you will need your own savings account established with the Bank of China. Please correctly fill in your bank account number on the ticket application form as it appears on your bank pass book.
2. Following Phase 1 lottery process of Olympic ticket applications, applicants will be informed of their secured tickets. BOCOG will then collect appropriate payments from the Bank of China account provided on the application form submitted by each successful applicant.
3. To facilitate a smooth transaction, it is strongly recommended that your host Bank of China branch be located within the same province/autonomous region/municipality as the Bank of China branch where you will collect your tickets, as selected on your ticket application form.
4. Payments will be collected between 2007-08-01 and 2007-09-30. During this period, please verify that adequate funds exist in your Bank of China account. In the case that such a purchase exceeds the available funds in your account, your tickets will be cancelled by BOCOG.
5. BOCOG is not responsible for any payment failure caused by your Bank of China account.
6. Only a Bank of China savings account holder can use his/her bank account number to submit an application. Any problems caused by an inconsistency between the identity of a bank account holder and the identity of the applicant who pays with such a Bank of China account will not be BOCOG's liability.
7. Each Bank of China savings account can only be used for one application.
Cash Not Accepted
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cash as a form of payment. We suggest that you open a savings account with the Bank of China before filling your application form.
To complete your Olympic ticket application offline, please make sure that you sign the application form. Your signature gives authorization to BOCOG to collect the payment for your secured Olympic tickets from your Visa or Bank of China account indicated on your application form.
BOCOG will not accept applications with mailed cash payments or with payments by money wire and will not be responsible for any problems such a cash transaction may cause.
